The two titans of hip-hop are rumored to be feuding. It has been reported that JAY-Z and Kanye West are allegedly not as “friendly” with each other as of the moment.
Hov released his 13th studio album 4:44 just recently via his online music platform Tidal wherein it’s said that in the track “Kill Jay-Z”, Jay appears to be sending a message to someone and people are saying that it’s for Ye. Jay raps “You dropped outta school, you lost your principles/ I know people backstab you, I feel bad too/ But this fuck everybody attitude ain’t natural. But you ain’t the same, this ain’t KumbaYe/ But you got hurt because you think KumbaYe/ You gave him 20 million without thinkin’/ He gave you 20 minutes on stage, fuck was he thinkin’?/ ‘Fuck wrong with everybody?’ is what you sayin’/ But if everybody’s crazy, you’re the one that’s insane.” We don’t know, ya’ll be the judge. And then there’s Yeezy cutting ties with Tidal whom according to his camp owes him $3 million.
Here’s hoping that both Jay Z and Kanye would still share the throne and not start lawyering up on each other, so for this week’s Tunesday, let us remind all of you how great they both are when they work together.
“Ni**as In Paris”
This sh*t cray! If there’s a song where you can feel the bond between both giants, this would be it.
“Run This Town”
Pledge your allegiance not only to Hov and Yeezy, but also to Rihanna who’s featured in this song.
That’s basically what they both are and they’re letting you know. So please, sirs, just get along!
Ain’t nobody fresher and finer than Ye, Hov, and Big Sean.
With the inclusion of Nicki Minaj, Rick Ross, and Bon Iver, this track is an unstoppable monster of its own.
They need you to remember one thing—they came, they saw, they conquered.
This video screams BFF so please stay that way. – THE D
