Xernan Orticio endeavors to rouse fires hotter than hell!

We knew that Xernan Orticio’s Holiday 2012 collection would be as talked about as a scarlet letter from the moment the first model stepped out. Teeming with pieces like loose—almost scandalously sheer—tops and structured sleeveless suits that have V’s deeper than any trench, the entire collection was classy but red-hot. Alternating between fabrics like leather and chiffon, everything was definitely fiery but still kept that signature Xernan class. Not to worry, no one burned up—the runway beauty kept to minimalist chic with thorned crowns but still stood the statement with icy-glitter encrusted lips. So hot, it’s cool. —DALLAS DEEPKISS
