OXYGEN X STATUS had a hard time choosing the winners for the TEE OFF contest. After going through entries sent from all over the world, the photographic tees are here! And of course we had to shoot those tees and style them the STATUS way! Check out what happened behind the scenes!
Our models, Fatima Rios and Lamont Waters, were both so much fun to shoot with. Lamont became a pro at putting on the headscarf after this shoot (FYI, you put a scarf over the model’s head so the make-up doesn’t rub off on the clothes), while Fatima charmed us with her funny stories. They had great chemistry with each other and it really shows. We wanted to show the versatility of the tees so we had a great time cutting them up for Fatima. We altered the shirts and made it cropped, off-shoulder and sleeveless. She rocked all of them!
The shoot wouldn’t be as amazing if it weren’t for Angelique Dinglasan of Shu Uemura (with her awesome portable chair) and Eddiemar Cabiltes (always ready with a hairspray in hand), and of course, photographer Miguel Miranda. These photos aren’t enough to show the great time we had so watch the behind-the-scenes video below.
