Björk’s impact is definitely strong. It becomes even stronger as she shuffles her creativity between her movie and musical meanderings. With her new single “The Comet Song,” she collaborates with Sjón to create music for the Finnish film Moomins and the Comet Chase, which will be released on August or September 2010.

Björk and Sjón have already proved they’re in sync with each other’s style with the songs “Bachelorette” and “Wanderlust.” Always broadening their spheres of influence, hopefully their streak for innovation hits home with this one.
