In no short supply of quirky and flamboyant graphics alongside bold colors and remarkable visuals, Blood is the New Black unveils its most recent promotional campaign to provide everyone a glimpse of what to expect from the eccentric label’s Fall 2012 collection.
Touted as the most complex collection to date, the offerings feature a variety of vintage-inspired tops, leotards, dresses, ponchos, and sweatshirts, all of which served as the blank canvases for the designs of 16 collaborated artists.
With models striking a pose against a bold and bubbly backdrop, I can’t help but associate these clothes with the recurring ensembles found at Coachella Music Festival. Infused with worn-out sensibilities best represented by torn denim and washed jeans, this collection is definitely all about being young, wild and free.—ROLLIE POLLIE OLLIE
