Nothing to Declare is an indie initiative art administer group consisting of professors who’re teaching Art Studies in prestige schools here in Manila. 3 of them just went out for coffee, ended up brainstorming, and then BOOM–just like that, they came up with 3 exhibitions in time for the -ber months ’til the early start of 2012.
