Shot In The Back Of The Head from Moby on Vimeo.

Isabella Rossellini‘s ex and director David Lynch, whose cult movie Eraserhead inspired our most loved Ely Buendia-fronted band, directed the animated music video for Moby’s “Shot in the Back of the Head”. His tweets are more interesting. (via SlashFilm)

Move Over Cristal!

Jay-Z used to be one of Cristal’s biggest fans up til some guy from Louis Roederer Champagne had to open his big mouth. In 2006, commenting on how Hip-Hop music shows love to its product in a multitude of tracks by more artists than I can remember, Marketing Director Frederic Rouzaud called it “unwelcome attention”. Jay-Z called for a boycott on Cristal after the “racist” remark made by the Champagne company executive and it didn’t take long before he found a new brand to brandish. Armand de Brignac was featured in Jay-Z’s 2006 hit “Show Me What You Got” and made a very special appearance in the video. The scene shows Jay-Z in the middle of a card game and a waiter comes up offering him a bottle of Champagne which he turns down, instead asking for a suitcase he brought with him. The waiter opens it and ta-dah, Armand de Brignac. It didn’t take long before folks started taking notice of the $300 “gold bottle with the ace of spades

Thanks to a little help from Big Brother, Cattier Champagne expects to reach its 82,000 maximum bottle production within three years.

I’m gaga for Lady Gaga (her music at least). But her hair is creating a career of its own with the tabloids. These photos were taken at a restaurant in Bretwood California after dinner. Although the singer/songwriter definitely keeps up with the trends, we feel that she’s reached a whole new height with this one.

P.S. How’d she eat dinner?

kanye, 30stm

After collaborating with pretty much everyone in the business one chart-topper after another, Kanye’s back in the studio working on a new one with yet another partner that’s got everyone surprised. 30 Seconds to Mars and Yeezy are currently working on a song for the band’s upcoming album due to release later this year. West in fact just recently wrote in his blog about being in the studio with 30 Seconds to Mars frontman Jared Leto and The Killers’ Brandon Flowers. 30STM’s management has confirmed the project to be in the works. Maybe its The Killers next in Kanye’s neverendingcollabohitlist.
