After turning away from his fringed creations last season, Bo Parcon focuses on structured dresses and plays with houndstooth prints. Inspired by feminine and romantic style, his designs walk the runway, stomping to the sound of girl power. With a little hint of androgyny, Parcon’s attempt to exude a chic but strong woman for his Holiday 2012 collection was a no-fail. If Cruella de Vil ever decided to throw out the puppy fur and become a little bit nicer then she might just consider wearing this.
Ribbon details are incorporated in pencil skirts, A-line skirts, and one-shouldered dresses for the lady who can’t seem to live without B&W. What lacks in dalmatian spots are replaced with houndstooth prints instead. Honestly, who needs a fur coat when you could have a fluffy-collared jacket paired with a printed dress? No need to be shy along the way too. These clothes will let you embrace your womanhood with sexy fits that accent all of your lady bumps.
Be nice, save the animals and wear Bo Parcon. That’s all. —DIZZYRIZZY
