French electronic duo Daft Punk has been pretty mum about their plans. Other than the songs they’ve collaborated with in The Weeknd’s new album and their much-awaited performance at the Grammy’s this year, they’ve been keeping their fans waiting for anything new. Well, the wait is finally over. Though it’s not new music just yet, they’ll be hosting a one of a kind pop-up shop in LA instead.
Located at Maxfield, LA, the shop reportedly has limited edition items from Gosha Rubchinskiy, Enfants, Off-White, Darkdron, Han Cholo, Riches Deprimes, and Hervet Manufacturier up for sale, in which all apparels and accessories were done with Daft Punk as their inspiration. Apart from having Daft Punk’s official merchandise available, the shop will also stand as a mini Daft Punk gallery as it will be displaying archives from their music video props to their wardrobe, photographs, artworks, and robot helmets.
The store will be open on February 11 ’til February 19.–THE D
