Dear Creatures takes sentimental nods to the past before looking to the future with pieces that mix girlish vintage charm with modern sensibility.  Spotted on Zooey Deschanel, Mischa Barton, and the like, their pieces are for today’s quirky everyday girl.  I’m getting Nancy Drew, sailor, schoolgirl, and flirty librarian vibes from this fun collection.

The Autumn line features both muted and rich tones of red, green, ochre, and blue, in solids, alternating stripes, and patterns. The one with the cats and yarn balls is just too cute.

It’s all youthful with sweetly rounded necklines, bowed collars, keyhole cut-outs, and a choice of textured tights or knee socks under flouncy mini-skirt hemlines.  Pair these with oxford pumps or Mary Janes.  Then, cherry top your look with a cute headband or some “adorkable” cat-eye specs.  —ME LOVE YOU LOONG TIME
