You heard it on the radio, you read it all over the social networking sites and saw it plastered on the plethora of stickers this weekend; we have finally released Issue 09, our love letter to music!

A final tribute to the late and great DJ AM at Club Manor Eastwood Libis, it was a night of uncontrolled madness, flashing lights, and hot sticker mess. People lined up all around the block, waited (rather impatiently, if i may infer) in front of imaginary lines, and absolutely everyone was screaming their way in, “Dude, we’re on the guest list!” Seriously man, we all wanted to get in. And it wasn’t just avid mag readers, music heads, tech geeks, and fashionistas that came out… The Manor stairs shared the abuse with Ateneo’s finest, Philippine basketball leaguers, and of course our music buddies across Metro Manila (needless to say, the boys (@boysnightout899) came out to “hang” too).

Goes to show everyone’s updates should’ve/would’ve been, “Partyin’ it up mad @StatusMagazine’s launch party!” If you ever wondered how we did it in Manila, well now? You know. - KAYCE
