Dan Matutina, a Filipino visual artist, recently stumbled upon a hobby called “Shapes and Statuses”. Featured in his tumblr, it involves browsing through his friends’ Facebook statuses and recreating them through digital art. -COJO

Through the realm of digital art, he substitutes curves and dots with pixels of color. Shifting through a different medium, he gives us another paradigm for our expression. As for now, the collection has only four pieces, but as we can expect from our moods and swings, we tend to change our statuses most of the time. Watch out for more of this from Dan.
