We all have it, a number of people we HAVE to give gifts to but either a) don’t know what in the world to get them or b) don’t really want to get them anything. They’re the family members you’re not close to, the people who are difficult to buy for, or sometimes, they’re just the ones you’re forced to get a present for.

Ok, unless you have a really cool boss that you know and love, this one can be a little weird, especially if you just recently started. Always go a little bit higher for this one, they pay your salary, they know how much you make. Best bet to make a good impression is get something that they can use in the office.

A DISTANT RELATIVE
Yeah, you know the one, the 4th cousin, the daughter of so and so’s kid, the aunt you never met. Basically that person you’re related to but know nothing about and for one reason or another, you’re obliged to give them a gift. Create a bond by getting them something undeniably cool.

Ah, the neighbor. Someone you see a lot just because of the vicinity of your homes. Bah! Humbug! Sometimes our siblings make family gatherings uncomfortable. Mainly by bringing their new significant other to family gatherings that force you to get them something. You can get them something fun that may even have a message that relates to their relationship with your sibling.
