Taken by cars, archive uncoveredNo, not the all-girl pop group from UK. We’re talking about three of the hottest female-fronted bands this side of the Pacific. Taken By Cars, Up Dharma Down, and Imago, along with Pupil, Drip, Camerawalls, and Sleepwalk Circus, are about to rock the night with their take on classic songs from the past in Puma’s Archive Uncovered concert on Sept. 18.

Once proclaimed by BBC as the most likely to cross North American shores, Up Dharma Down has come a long way since their first album. They are currently living off the success of Bipolar, their second collection of introverted rock songs.

Taken By Cars, too, has similarly managed to break genres and rigid musical definitions with their debut album Endings of a New Kind. Mixing electro and new wave, they will soon release their second album later this year. They also took part in last August’s Manila Design Week as one of the performers that included Pedicab and Sandwich.

If you wanna thank God it’s Friday, you gotta get your hands on free invites at your favorite Puma store today.
