Tony Stark may not have let Senator Stern steal his prosthetic identity for the use of the U.S. government but Hot Toys has for Iron Man fans own comic indulgence.
Justin Hammer’s douchebag attempts at creating his own drones look like a rundown junkyard next to this HK-based toy brand. They recently showcased the full range of Iron Man collectible figures along with the unveiling of the first of its kind life-size War Machine in their Iron Man CollARTible Expo in the Miramar Shopping Mall.
Rivaling the electrical whip-like attachments of Iron Man’s nemesis Ivan Vanko are a list of international 3D artists and designers including Anthony Mestas, Bernardo Esquivel, Heath Hammond and Mr. Jesse Lincoln from Sideshow Collectibles. They were invited to re-appropriate Hot Toy’s replication of this iconic superhero.
“If you want to hurt Tony Stark, go after his legacy” says Hammer. But with Hot Toy’s clones on the loose, I’m sorry Hammer but maybe you’ll have to wait for the threequel. -SENORICA
