Things are turning and going green this season, and I’m not just talking about the Christmas decorations.
Christmastime is about giving back and doing good. Luckily, this season, there’s a place where we can do both at the same time. Brown Bag Market is a flea market that aims to provide a platform for social entrepreneurs to showcase their products. Doing good doesn’t always come cheap, that’s why Big Brown Market aims to help out by providing a place for the very few social entrepreneurs in our country a place to market their products at the lowest price possible.

It doesn’t end there. Brown Bag Market walks the talk not just by promoting eco-friendly products and requiring all its participants to use brown paper bags (now you know where they got the name) instead of plastic bags, but it also has performances, activities and talks lined up to spread the good word. One of them would be Keds’ sneaker design workshop by CJ de Silva on December 09, 2011, 6pm. This will be held at the Filipinas Heritage Library, Ayala Triangle, Makati Ave., Makati City.—WITTY NAME HERE
