Tweeted ya we’re hanging out with her yesterday, so I had the chance to show Lady Gaga her Status cover in person. Her first words: ”Oh wow, that’s fabulous! Bad girl!” This is first in a little Gagalicious fanboi series for this week.

On how she’ll reinvent herself like Madonna has been doing

“I look different every twenty minutes. So you know for myself, I can’t speak for Madonna because I don’t know her well enough. But I believe in the glamorous life, and I live a glamorous life. But I did this before my album was a succes. I did this in New York City. I have wigs and make-up, and I had my artistic spirit, so this is something that will always be with me. I will be ever changing, and you will all be watching.”

On her inspirations

“Actually, this [holds the magazine] is a good example. I don’t know if you remember the photos of Paris Hilton and Nicky Hilton and Lindsay Lohan with coke on her nose, but those girls were my inspiration. I was reading tabloids as if they were textbooks. I’m writing about pop culture, and this also, for me, has a bit of a Courtney Love vibe to it. But there is an art to fame, so I get inspirations from all over. But just as an example, that is what inspired [the] Paparazzi video.”
