Leila Shams appropriately entitles her Spring/Summer 2011 collection Super Freak. These wild prints and cuts are meant for girls who like to stand out at parties ala Ke$ha, Lindsay Lohan, and Fergie.

Albino alligators, owl, Siamese horses, peacock–these are just some of the animal prints used for this collection. As if the prints aren’t “wild” enough, the Maasi beaded top, cut just bellow the bust, is paired with a black origami mini skirt, while a black and white stripped dress has a knot in the front showing off the curves from both sides. Beware of feathered skirts, sequins, and that one piece corset top jumpsuit with feather accents.

But Leila Shams also shows the elegant side of a party girl with the long black and white dresses. Look closely though, because the print is an albino horse. Now that’s (still) fierce!   -ALYKAT
