Femme Fatale
Friday, February 26th, 2010
If you missed Hitchcock’s icy blondes or the contrived innocence of Anne Baxter in All About Eve then you’d love Agyness Deyn’s role in Mean to Me, a short film directed by David McDermott and Peter McGough. Though it seems at first that Aggy is too modern for old Hollywood reincarnations–her performance is proof enough that substance and style can coexist, especially with those Zac Posen gowns and Mikimoto pearls!
