Founder and former manager of the legendary punk rock band The Sex Pistols, Malcolm Mclaren has been keeping everyone on their eyes and ears since the 70s. The music he and the bands he was worked for and with have made the music we have come to know today what it is. Another gig Mclaren had back in the day was designing the band New York Dolls’ stagewear and he also ran his own shop. Malcolm Mclaren was undoubtedly an influential force in street culture, a lot like how Supreme is today. Supreme recently released a collection featuring Mclaren’s work including collaborations with New Era and Vans. Available in Supreme stores and online.
