As we end another season of Philippine Fashion Week with our last installment of The What, we bring to you the last of our topsy-turvy adventures from the halls of SMX. Oh, the things we do for the love of fashion.
What we saw: My eyes might have been deceiving me but I’m pretty sure that was a growing baby bump I saw on this one particular model. Other than that, the week ended with a parade of guys for the Menswear show. We really liked the stage set up with the giant paper planes that would have been cooler if they actually took off.
What we heard: Day 8’s prized quote of the day goes to a certain someone whose identity will remain hidden. Waiting in line with the rest of the press who are eager to get in may take its toll on some. With the pushing, shoving, and line-cutting, the only thing this person has to say to the rest of them is to “sit your asses on the 4th row.”

What we wore: After spending this much time with each other, its no surprise that we’re starting to dress alike without even planning.
WTF: True, nothing tops day 7’s WTF moment when wrestled our way through the sea of squealing fans just to get in the Penshoppe show. Our WTF moments however, aren’t bound within the walls of SMX. With Halloween parties left and right, our resourcefulness brought out the creativity in us with make-shift costumes for last minute parties. Who knew that parking lot scrap would make a good costume?
